CANCELLED - Hogan Speaker Session – Jared Kushi

November 13^th is our last Wednesday evening guest speaker of the semester with Jared Kushi, CEO of Hawaiiverse, who is also the Owner of Koosh Media and Founder of LifeDNA from 6 PM to 7:30 PM in Kieffer Hall Room 9.

Hawaiiverse, is a discovery platform for local businesses with its e-commerce store and the state’s largest coupon directory through its mobile app. He also runs Koosh Media, a performance marketing agency specializing in scaling businesses through targeted online ads and an automation capture system. Previously, he founded LifeDNA, a genetic-based health and wellness company, which he successfully sold last April to Nu Skin.

Kushi started his career as a Program Director at Blue Startups and Operations Manager at Hawaii Angels, where he vetted over 2000 companies and invested in over 60 startups. His achievements have been recognized through features in various publications, and he was honored as a finalist for Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in Hawaii.  He was just awarded as a 40 Under 40 honoree and a finalist for Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in Hawaii.
