He has over 20 years of operational, financial, and technical experience, including leadership positions at several global technology companies. Before joining TCV, John served as one of four CEOs in the Chairman's Office at Lucent Technologies. John joined Lucent when the company acquired International Network Services (NASDAQ: INSS), where John served as President and CEO. During his five years at INS, revenues profitably grew from $7 million to $440 million. The company’s employee base increased from 56 to 2,300, establishing INS as the largest and fastest-growing network consulting and software company in the world.
