Hogan Speaker Session with Landon and Kayla Mauricio

Our February 21st Wednesday evening guest speakers are Landon and Kayla Mauricio, owners and operators of Drinkcup Café, CALLED Ministry and CALLED Presentations from 6 PM to 7:30 PM in Kieffer Hall Room 9.

Landon and Kayla Mauricio, both born and raised on Oahu, find purpose in both business and the ministry of serving God.  Together, Landon and Kayla form a dynamic duo in Hawaii's business scene. Their complementary skills extend beyond business; they recently tied the knot in June 2023, solidifying their partnership in both professional and personal realms.

At Drincup, their name is a reflection of their strong belief in the spiritual nourishment found in life's simplest moments. Inspired by the verses in Psalms 23:5-6 and Psalms 34:8, 'Drincup' signifies their dedication to creating a place where you can taste and experience the goodness of the Lord. Every day, they open their shop with the intention of allowing God's boundless grace, kindness, and blessings to overflow from their cup into your life.  Kayla Mauricio, armed with a Bachelor's degree in business, is the owner and operator of Honolulu's innovative Boba shop, Drincup Café. With her unique ability to discern flavors and craft drinks from scratch, Kayla brings a distinctive expertise and passion to the beverage industry.

Answering the call to ministry, Landon founded CALLED Ministry, which officially became a non-profit umbrella in 2020. CALLED Ministry includes various branches, such as CALLED Church, where Landon serves as the Senior Pastor. In 2016, Landon ventured into the business world with CALLED Presentations, a for-profit multimedia company. His educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management and a Master's Degree in Christian Ministry, showcasing a blend of business acumen and spiritual leadership.
