A rapidly growing segment of patient care is now delivered in communities. Health educators, nonprofit administrators, community advocates, caseworkers, data analysts and others are contributing to a holistic continuum of care aimed at helping all patients live longer, more active and healthier lives.
Join faculty, students, and alumni of the Kapiolani Community College Community Health Worker and Chaminade University’s Bachelors of Science in Community & Public Health as they discuss how important and impactful these programs are to improving the health of the people of Hawaii.
