Marianist Leadership Center Presents: Follow the Leader: Leadership through Followership

"You cannot be a leader, and ask other people to follow you, unless you know how to follow too.” Participants will learn the concept of followership, both as it relates to being an effective leader and being an effective follower. At its heart, followership is the complement to leadership. Through this workshop, participants will also learn to recognize how individual strengths can help her/him/them successfully step into each role.

This workshop will be facilitated by Allison Jerome, VP for Student Affairs, and Eri Leong, the Student Ambassador for the Marianist Leadership Center.
