DESCRIPTION:For almost two decades\, Chaminade University has been a member
  of the Leadership Alliance\, which supports students to become leaders an
 d scholars in academic\, business and the public sector. They offer many r
 esearch opportunities to Chaminade students including the Summer Research 
 Early Identification Program (SR-EIP) and the First Year Experience Progra
 m (FYRE). Students are able to gain research experiences in STEM\, social 
 sciences and the humanities. At the end of each summer\, students from acr
 oss the program at member research institutions nationwide\, attend the Le
 adership Alliance National Symposium (LANS) to network\, attend research a
 nd professional development sessions\, and present their work. \n\n \n\nMr
 s. Samantha Andersen\, the Undergraduate Program Coordinator\, will share 
 information about these research opportunities for Chaminade students. In 
 addition\, she will overview the application process and how to be a compe
 titive applicant!
